神经纤维瘤(1型神经纤维瘤需警惕，早诊早治是关键)

1型神经纤维瘤（NF1），是一种罕见的、可累及皮肤、骨骼、神经等多系统的慢性综合征[1]。此病临床表现多样，可合并多种并发症，造成沉重的疾病负担 [2]。作为NF1的特征性病变之一，丛状神经纤维瘤（PN）在NF1患者中的发病率达50%［3］。PN会造成持续加重的疼痛、畸形、功能障碍和心理负担，生长伴随一生，甚至可危及生命[1,4]。

因为NF1多在婴儿期发病，且相关PN在儿童期生长较快，并会随患儿年龄的增加不断生长[4,5]，不仅患者伴有严重的疼痛甚至功能障碍，还会影响患儿的生长发育[4,6]。现有研究结果表明，早期治疗有利于抑制甚至缩小PN的生长[7]。因此，早发现、早治疗是NF1伴PN临床诊疗的重要策略。
